Timothy Harpst, 30, of Albion, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019. He was born December 30, 1988 in Erie, a son of Glenn and Diane (Miller) Harpst of Albion. He graduated from Northwestern High School in 2007 and received his Associate’s Degree from E.I.T. in Erie. He did his internship with the Cleveland Browns and worked at the Knox Law Firm in Erie. Timothy was an avid Cleveland sports fan, he enjoyed spending time at the ocean, and in his spare time he repaired computers, tvs and cellphones. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Miller, his grandfather, Carl Stapf, aunts Cathy Harpst-sing and Cindy Harpst-Temple, aunt and uncle Gary and Debbie Harpst. He is survived by his parents, two brothers, Christopher Harpst and his wife, Heather, of West Springfield, Sean Harpst and his wife, Rachel, of Conneaut, OH, a sister, Alicia Crosby and her husband, Dan, of Erie, three nieces and nephews, Adelyn, Mason and Emma, his best friend, Buddy Moore, grandmother Billie Stapf of Albion, grandfathers Donald Harpst and his wife, Linda, of Erie, Harry Miller of West Springfield, aunts; Tammy Yearwood and her husband, Kirk, of West Springfield, Sheila Harpst of Missouri, uncles; Harry Miller Jr. and his wife, Shirley, of Ashtabula, OH, Tim Miller and his wife, Gege, of Albion, Walter Miller and his wife, Toi, of Minnesota, and many cousins. Memorial calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Girard American Legion, Wall Street, Girard, from 2pm-4pm. Burial will be private by the family.
Hold on to those memories so dear and know he has found his peace and eternal life. We all are praying for strength for you all in this difficult time.

Harpst family, I am so very sorry for your loss. TJ was such a bright soul and he always lit up a room, the world lost a good man too soon. Glen you were such a good friend to my Dad, and your sons have been there for our family. Growing up around your boys left lots of great memories, including having them at the farm catching frogs and turtles at the pond. I will keep you all in my prayers during this unimaginable time. May God comfort your broken hearts.
