James Kennelley officiating.  Burial will be private by the family in Albion Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please help our veterans by making a donation in memory of Joe to the Erie Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 135 East 38th Street, Erie, PA  16504.  To send flowers, light a memory candle or leave a condolence, please visit www.matterafuneralhome.com
